Huia Building Group was entrusted with the revitalisation of this project, following a series of challenges encountered by the previous management team. Despite inheriting a two-month delay, our dedicated professionals rose to the occasion, assuming responsibility for site operations and the completion of remaining construction work, including necessary remediation.

Through our unwavering commitment and expertise, the project has made significant progress and is now on track for completion in October 2024. As a testament to our efficient approach, 7 out of the 15 townhouse units have already been completed and successfully delivered to their new owners.
