Health and safety

Health and safety is at the heart of everything we do. We’ve made significant investments in implementing processes and documentation aligned with ISO45001 standards.

We have been assessed by the indepenant assessors at Impac prequal and have achieve a performing at the Tōtika scheme standard certification. We continoue to actively work towards achieving IOS certification. Additionally, we are proud members of Site Safe New Zealand.

Our highly experienced and skilled team is here to guide clients through the roles and responsibilities of all parties or PCBUs involved in the construction process, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.

Sustainability and Environment

The buildings we construct shape the landscape and environment for generations. At Huia Building Group, we are deeply committed to reducing our carbon footprint, minimising construction waste, and encouraging clients and consultants to design sustainable ‘green buildings.’
